I often get asked how I stay motivated to eating a healthy lifestyle. My answer is always simple. I keep it basic. Like most people I don’t have much time in the morning to make a big breakfast. I do however have five minutes to blend a smoothie. The key is to prepare your fruits and veggies in advance so all you really have to do is grab them from the freezer and blend. Here are just a few of my favorite smoothies that are not only filling, but delicious and very simple to make.
